Paul Smith's Children Village in Cheyenne's Botanical Gardens is a great place for kids to get hands-on and interactive experience with the environment and see how it works. The garden is about air, water, energy, building, community, history and learning how things grow. Everything is blended into an amazing design and given the concept of a village.
Through play and adventure, this garden gives kids hands-on experience to understand the practicality of sustainable living. Going green has become huge in our economy and will continue to grow. We are slowing migrating to organics and green living. Once our children are grown, all they will know is sustainable living so its best to start educating them now on the importance.
The Cheyenne Botanical Gardens achieved LEED Platinum certification for building reuse, construction waste recyclying, solar energy, efficient lighting, water conservation and material use. Use this great village to educate your kids in a fun way.
Beginning September 1st, the village will be open the following hours:
Tuesday - Thursday: 9am-6pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday-Sunday: 11am-3:30pm
