Fourth of July weekend is quickly approaching and what better way to celebrate our country's independence than with family, friends and fellow Cheyenne neighbors. Here are a few events happening in Cheyenne to keep you busy:
Cheyenne's 4th of July Celebration - Come join the celebration at Frontier Park Arena on Sunday, July 4th for fun, food and fireworks. Evening events begin at 5:00pm with the fireworks display at 9:40pm. All events are FREE to the public. (Full Evening Agenda)
Cheyenne Depot 4th of July Celebration - event being held at the Cheyenne Depot Museum from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday, July 4th. Children's parade begins at 1pm on 15th Street followed by a costume contest. For more information call 632.3905.
Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social - Free music, ice cream, lemonade, cake, face painting and carriage rides. Thank you party provided by the neighborhood from 3 to 5pm on Sunday, July 4th on House and 17th Street. For more information call 637.3333.
Whether you plan to partake in one of these events are going to have a nice afternoon at home with a barbeque, remember to raise a flag and pay tribute to all those who have fought for our country's independence throughout the years.
