What is going on in Cheyenne Today
Good Afternoon. The Cheyenne Housing market is great. Yes, we do have a few repo homes, homes that have been repossessed, or homes that are bank homes. but not that many. And, they are priced at market price if you're lucky, or if the bank is trying to make money on their REO housing, they're overpriced for market and condition. REO houses are not the best value for the most part, and depending on the lender that owns them I may or may not even think about showing them. Simply said, they're for the most part more trouble than they are worth. If you don't agree let me know and I will do what I can to show you. Thanks tons.
